Please dont use this company. 8 weeks and still no internet. I had issues with the fiber company not showing up and when I rung them I was told I needed to sort it out myself. I took work off to be there and the fiber company couldnt work around my job. When I mentioned I wanted to cancel contract due to the no show and the loss of days pay they refused. They are legally obligated to refund me as 1) the broke cotrract as mine said 4-6 weeks for connection and 2) they were not ...read more

very very lame. abusive support staff. NB they do NOT sell static IP addresses, as per their website. All they do is take your $45 and give you a regular IP address from their dynamic address pool! When I brought this to their attention and demanded a refund of said fee they disconnected me ... DUMB.

I am a seasoned / tech-savvy punter, and know that the service they provide is far BELOW typical (elsewhere) and I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS ISP TO ANYONE.

Pros

The main 'pro' appeared to me to be a static IP address for a one off fee ($45). However, it ended up that they just took my money and didn't provide a static address for me. So ... NO PROS!

Cons

They will refuse to sign any support emails or identify themselves. Add to that they won't use my preferred name (surname) in correspondence ... yep ... its that kinda company.

Great ISP. I've been with them for 4(?) years now without issues.

Cheapest 'no contract' ISP out there. Service is rock solid always on, full speed.

Cons

Haven't found a way to find out how many GB we use each month (doesn't really matter as it's unlimited, but I'd like to know).
