Never needed to contact support so no issues there, a good basic broadband provider and reliable service but a little over priced compared to other providers.

Outage notifications definitely need to be improved (at least admitted to would be a start). More competitive pricing would have kept me.

Bad service bad connection even when next to the box and expensive for *** wifi 2 bars bad bad bad couldn't get any bars in the bed room so they send a wifi booster then charge me $5 for their *** service

Long story short, terrible reliability, sick of being on hold numerous times for an hour is so each time, and it took 6 weeks before they sent chorus out to help. No answers but kept cutting out all the time. Do not recommend.

The customer service at Slingshot is shocking. Whilst you are talking to them about joining, they respond extremely fast, but once you join and have a problem, they don't even want to know you, just don't respond to emails, so if you are thinking of switching and want a company that offers service, then take Slingshot off your list as there is no customer service. Can't wait for my locked in term to expire.

Voyager has provided our internet for 10 years plus, I cannot fault them during that time, unfortunately they cannot compete on value for our fibre connection.
