Simpy brilliant. I joined about 5 months ago and wished I'd found this company earlier. The customer service is unmatched with other isp's. Both times I've had a problem I was able to contact a human and had a response within 5 minutes. They then continue to work on the problem immediately while keeping you updated at every step, which removes all that frustration for old gits like me. Great support, great value, great reliability. Thoroughly recommend this company.

After reading reviews and comparing providers online Simply Broadband came out on top for what we required. so easy to change and setup, up and running within 1 day

Very inexpensive. Minimum tech support but not much needed. When I crossed over they said the modem would need no changes but actually it didn't work at all. Contacting them via phone data they told me I needed to change a parameter and after that it worked fine. I had one other tech question too but they were unable to help and referred me elsewhere. For the price I can't complain. Previous suppliers were not much better at tech support and cost more.

Most disgusting service ever received, while going through tough times and having services disconnected, (understand this unfortunate in a recession) they did not consider at all to notify that all phone numbers will no longer be ours, and have put them back in a pool where they were given to a competitor, now thousands of dollars of our marketing material have been giving them our business.. and they don't give 2 hoots absolutely disgusting!
